Made-to-Order Products
All our products are made-to-order, produced specifically for you upon purchase. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of customizable items but certain situations make it difficult to enable returns and refunds, such as:
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Accidental order placement
Please ensure all product details are correct before finalizing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. To initiate a resolution:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear photo of the item showing the issue
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please note that minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5") are within acceptable tolerance and not considered defects.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and will be returned to your original payment method. The timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
