Return Policy
At Liore, we take great care in creating products that are safe, practical, and beautifully designed for you and your little ones. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy to ensure hygiene and quality for every customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items. This includes cases where you have changed your mind after purchase. We kindly ask that you review all product details carefully before placing your order.
As our baby dinnerware is intended for personal use, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We’re truly sorry if something isn’t right with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@liore.uk with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
We only offer refunds in cases where a replacement is not possible. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
