Orders
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired product, choose the size and color, then click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process to complete your order securely.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the order cannot be changed.
Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@liore.uk with your full name and email used at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (£3.99 or free over £40)

UK Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (£5.49)
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Q: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. You can also view tracking info in your Liore account under My Orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
As all Liore products are carefully prepared and handled to ensure quality and hygiene, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement. Please email us at hello@liore.uk within 30 days of delivery, along with a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it for you as quickly as possible.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Q: Is your checkout secure?
Yes. We use encrypted SSL technology to keep your personal and payment information safe.
